1. Introduction

Welcome to News.gg. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and Discord bot services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. News Content

News.gg provides news content from various sources. We do not create the news content ourselves, but rather aggregate it from publicly available sources. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the news content provided.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their use of our services. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our services.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

5. Premium Plans

News.gg offers premium plans with additional features. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

⚠️Subscription Cancellation

Important: Once you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to all premium features and benefits. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which all premium functionality will be disabled. This includes but is not limited to:

Premium Discord bot commands and features
Advanced news filtering and customization
Priority support access
Trader Pro analytics and tools (if applicable)
Any other premium-exclusive features

💡 Note: Cancellation is immediate and irreversible. Consider downgrading instead of cancelling if you want to retain some features.

📄Invoice Records

For your convenience and our records, we maintain copies of all invoices generated for your subscriptions. In addition to the official Stripe invoice you receive, we generate and store our own version of each invoice which includes:

Detailed subscription information and billing history
Plan features and pricing breakdown
Payment confirmation and transaction details
Our company branding and contact information

🔒 Secure Storage: These invoice copies are securely stored and can be provided upon request for your accounting or tax purposes.

6. Billing and Payment Terms

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan at the specified billing interval.

Dual Invoice System

You will receive two invoices for each payment:

Official Stripe Invoice: The legally binding invoice from our payment processor
CodenRust Invoice: Our custom-branded invoice for your records and convenience

Both invoices contain the same transaction information. We store copies of our custom invoices securely for record-keeping and can provide them upon request.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Translations

News.gg may provide translations of news content. These translations are provided as-is and may not be entirely accurate. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the translations.

8. Advertisements

Our services may display advertisements. These advertisements are not endorsed by News.gg, and we are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall News.gg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
